Knowledge creates options.
Learning helped me take control of a difficult financial situation.
Meet Carlos Anaya
My hardest financial chapter became the reason Econ Learning Center exists.

From 2004 to 2008, I faced a major financial challenge and found myself $300,000 in debt. It was stressful and uncertain, but I decided to educate myself instead of giving up.
I studied finances, money management, and practical strategies. Through persistence, discipline, and continuous learning, I found my way out of debt and turned one of the hardest experiences of my life into one of my greatest lessons.
That experience taught me that the right information, guidance, and support can help people overcome obstacles and build a better future.
Why Econ Learning Center
I created Econ Learning Center to give students the support they need to succeed academically while building confidence, problem-solving skills, and a mindset for overcoming challenges.
Learning helped me take control of a difficult financial situation.
The same determination that helped me overcome debt continues to shape ELC’s mission.
With practical tools and support, people can learn, grow, and move toward their goals.
The mission continues
Econ Learning Center is built on the belief that no challenge has to be the end of the story.
